The Randolph College Counseling Center is now offering a free 24/7/365 on-demand access to care services from TimelyCare.  The virtual health and well-being platform is an additional option on the counseling center’s list of on-campus and local in-person student services.

What is TimelyCare?

TimelyCare offers:

  • No cost, on-demand support available 24/7;
  • Support from counselors via phone or secure video platform;
  • Service care options from licensed mental health professionals including individual and consultations from your smartphone or any web-enabled device.

Randolph students have access to TimelyCare services 365 days a year. That means you have access during breaks, after-hours, and any time you need support!

Randolph students do not need insurance to access TimelyCare services.

Available Services

As part of Randolph College’s partnership with TimelyCare, students have access to the following services:

  • TalkNow: 24/7, on-demand emotional support to talk about anything, including anxiety, relationships, depression, and school-related stressors.
  • Scheduled Counseling: Choose the day, time, and mental health provider that best works for you. (12 visits per year)
  • Health Coaching: Develop healthy lifestyle behaviors, including nutrition, sleep habits, time management, and mindfulness.
  • Self-Care Content: Visit the “Explore” page within TimelyCare for guided self-care content, including yoga and meditation sessions, as well as group conversations with our providers on a variety of health and well-being topics.
  • Basic Needs Support: Access to low or reduced-cost community resources, including food and housing assistance, transit support, childcare, and finances.



Who can use TimelyCare?

Any enrolled Randolph College student can use TimelyCare.

How much does a visit cost?

There is no cost to enrolled Randolph College students.

When can I access TimelyCare?

Students have access to TimelyCare the day after they enroll at Randolph College. You will have access to an account when you receive your Randolph network and email account.

I already have insurance. How does TimelyCare benefit me?

With TimelyCare, you will have free, 24/7 access to providers from anywhere in the United States, regardless of your insurance status. So, you’ll never have to spend time or money looking for care, whether you’re on or off campus.

If I use TimelyCare, will my insurance be billed?

No. Insurance information will not be provided to TimelyCare.

Is TimelyCare confidential?

TimelyCare is confidential. As part of your agreement to the Terms of Service when you register your account, your records will be shared with the Randolph counseling center and health center. If you want to share your records with a physician outside of TimelyCare, you can print or email your records, or call 833.4.TIMELY to send a copy of your records to your provider.
