Financial Aid Forms

If you have been notified by the Student Financial Services staff that any of the following documents are required, choose the appropriate link and complete the documents. The results will be sent electronically to the Student Financial Services Office except in the case of items in a PDF format. These documents should be printed, completed and submitted to the Student Financial Services office by mail, email: sfs@randolphcollege.edu  or in person.   • Accept Your Financial Aid Award – This must be completed in order for your financial aid to be disbursed to your account.   Online award letter acceptance form
  • Federal Direct Loan Entrance Counseling  (Do NOT submit prior to May 1, 2018)

  • Virginia Tuition Assistance Grant (VTAG) Application – For students from Virginia only.  (Awaiting 2018-2019 Application from State Council of Higher Education for Virginia)
