Communication Studies

The communication studies program at Randolph draws upon several critical traditions in the field: rhetoric, cultural studies, political economy, and film criticism.

It is a broad, inter-disciplinary field.

All courses help students develop their communications skills and become thoughtful critics of the media and aware of the role communication plays in society. Students develop analytical skills, examine theoretical concepts, explore research techniques, and gain practical experience through internships.

Academic Offerings

  • Bachelor of Arts Degree in Communication Studies
  • Minor in Communication Studies
  • Minor in Film Studies
