Important Information

Join us in May and not only will you get to be with your classmates and friends, but you will also have a Reunion filled with fun activities:

  • Alumni Achievement Award Celebration:  Celebrate with pride the 2023 Alumni Achievement Award recipients’ accomplishments. You will be wowed and inspired by some of your own.
    • The 2024 Alumni Achievement Award recipients at Reunion are Sarah Crosby Smith ’64 (posthumously), Katharine Stark Caldwell ’74, and Diane Matthews Walker ’74.
  • Book Club: Please join English professor and Chair of the Visiting Writers Series, Laura-Gray Street for a lively and timely discussion of James McBride’s latest book, The Heaven and Earth Grocery Store. This book has received many accolades including a best book of the year by NPR/Fresh Air, Washington Post, The New Yorker, Time Magazine, and Barnes and Noble and has been lauded by critics and readers alike for the great love and compassion held by a community.
  • Class Gatherings:  The true reason for a Reunion celebration! Enjoy being with your classmates while you reminisce and get caught up on each other’s lives.
  • Enlightening Lectures:  Expand your mind and learn new things during sessions with our president, faculty, and students. Reaffirm your College affinity and meet with College leaders as they share insight into the current state of the College, new academic programs, and life on campus today.
  • Evening Entertainment:  Relive your College days while you dance the night away to music.

Accessibility

We strive to host inclusive, accessible events that enable all individuals to engage fully. Please remember that our campus has hills, stairs, and there is a distance from many parking lots. If you require reasonable accommodations, contact the Office of Alumnae and Alumni Relations at 434.947.8102 or email reunion@randolphcollege.edu at the time of registration.

Cancellation Policy

Randolph College reserves the right to cancel an event due to circumstances that would make the event non-viable. Examples of such circumstances would include, but are not limited to, inclement weather and low event enrollment. If the College cancels an event, registrants will be offered a full refund. If an event is postponed, registrants will have the option of receiving a full refund or transferring registration to the same event at the future date. Registration payments are non-refundable after the registration deadline. The gift portion and registration fee of event registration are non-refundable. Individual hotel cancellation policies still apply.

Should you have questions, please email reunion@randolphcollege.edu or call the Alum Office at 434-947-8102.

Children at Reunion

Unfortunately, children (individuals under the age of 18) cannot be accommodated in the College’s residence halls due to liability issues. Alumnae and alumni with children attending Reunion should plan to stay off-campus. If a student is interested in learning more about the College, please visit www.randolphcollege.edu/admission/visit/ to schedule a tour with the Admissions Office. Reunion weekend is designed as an adult-only experience. Thank you for understanding.
