Eligibility for Services

All full-time students are eligible for services upon submitting completed Randolph College medical record forms. All new and incoming students are required to submit these forms as part of their enrollment process prior to new student orientation.

The medical record forms, which include a complete health history, physical exam, and immunization record, are required before a student may begin taking classes.  The forms will be included in a link sent to students in early Spring annually (and in the Fall for students entering in January). Without these forms on file, students can not be seen at the Health Center except in an emergency only.

Students are not required to purchase student health insurance from the College or another provider in order to be seen at the Health Center.
