Move-In

Move-In Day (Session 3) for New Transfer Residential Students
January 14, 2025, 9 a.m. – 11 a.m.
Reception and Information Desk, Main Hall Lobby

Move-In Process:

    • Upon arrival on campus, park your vehicle along Main Campus Drive in one of the Visitor’s Parking Spaces.
    • Do NOT unload your car before checking in.
    • Once you leave your vehicle, proceed to the Main Hall lobby at your designated time to begin the check-in process at the Reception and Information Desk.
    • At check-in, new first-year students will receive their Paw Pass (student ID), room key, and campus map. Please note that a campus safety officer will be available to show you to your residence hall room upon your request at the Reception and Information Desk.
    • Be advised that all students must complete the check-in process before receiving their room key.
    • Once you have completed the processes above, you may pick up your key and begin moving into your room.

If your student required actions are not complete upon arrival, you will be required to complete the remaining action items on site prior to receiving your room key. Please avoid delaying your move-in process by completing your student required actions prior to your prescribed check-in date.

Please do not report to campus until your student account balance is below $1,000 and you have been given clearance for move-in by the Business Office.

Orientation

New Student Orientation occurs prior to the start of each session with a mission to introduce all new students to the many aspects of Randolph College including student life, academic policies, and the honor code. The goal of our orientation program is to make our students feel right at home in the Randolph community.

New Student Orientation is REQUIRED for all new students.

Orientation (Session 3) for New Transfer Residential & Commuter Students 
January 15, 2025
3rd Floor of the Student Center, Main Hall

  • 9 a.m.- Commuter Students
  • 9:15 a.m. – Residential Students

Commuter Students:
Please arrive for check-in and registration promptly at 9 a.m. to ensure that you are able to get registered and have your Paw Pass made prior to the Commuter Life Session that begins at 9:30 a.m..

Residential Students:
Please arrive for check-in and registration promptly at 9:15 a.m. so that you are able to get registered and settled in prior to the Residential Life Session that begins at 9:30 a.m.
