Information Technology Office –  randolphcollege.edu/helpdesk

The Randolph College Web site, portal, and e-mail network provide a wealth of information and are important communication tools to use as you prepare to  come to campus and once you are here as a student.

E-mail and Portal

E-mail is a primary method of communication for the College. Your  advisor, various offices, and administrators will be contacting you via e-mail this summer. Once you have been accepted to the College, you will be mailed information about your Randolph College e-mail account.

Once you have received your Randolph e-mail account information, visit the portal at https://inside.randolphcollege.edu to set up your Webmail account.

The portal will also give you access to the College catalogue, daily announcements, the College calendar, and (after you have registered) your courses.

You are encouraged to access your Randolph College e-mail account and check the portal for announcements at least twice weekly over the summer. When you arrive on campus, you will be expected to check your Randolph e-mail account and the portal announcements at least twice a day.
