Lead Big - Leadership Council and Summit - R M W C Alumnae and Randolph College Alumni Association - Working with Students to Build a Legacy of LeadersThe Alumnae and Alumni Association invites you to join fellow alumnae/alumni and current students for a day dedicated to your leadership development.

About

All are welcome!

  • Continue to explore individual strengths and learn how to leverage them in organizational leadership
  • Take a deep dive into understanding the importance of honing your skills as an influencer
  • Study ways to communicate well with others to motivate or convince people into action
  • Receive a College Update from President Bradley W. Bateman
  • Enjoy a networking lunch where alums and Randolph College students can share commonalities and life experiences
  • Participate in workshops

Traditional parts of Leadership Council, including the Association’s Annual Business Meeting and President Bateman’s College Update, will continue as always. Association volunteers will participate in workshops for their volunteer positions in addition to other workshops.

The day will conclude with a reception with all those participating to reflect and share takeaways from the Leadership Council & Summit.

Registration deadline is Wednesday, September 9, 2020.

Transportation

Please make arrangements for transportation from the airport, train station, and hotels to the College.  Shuttle service is not provided. Consider Uber or Lyft as options (both are offered in Lynchburg). Local taxi cab service is also available and includes Central Virginia Yellow Cab 434.846.8888, Allied Cabs 434.845.7039, City Cabs 434.846.0231, Gray Top Cab 434.845.4554, and Hill City Cabs 434.845.8554.  Parking is available on campus.  Go to the campus visit page for maps and parking.
