Career Network Management Initiative

The engagement of alumnae and alumni, parents, and friends in the life of the College is critical to our success.

There are numerous ways to contribute to the vibrancy and future of the school: refer a prospective student; offer advice or an internship to a current student; donate to the Annual Fund; post jobs from your place of business on the Randolph College Career Development Center’s site; attend Homecoming and Reunions; organize and participate in chapter events; or mentor a recent graduate.

The value of your degree is enhanced by the support you receive after graduation as much as the education you received while behind the Red Brick Wall.

Please consider being a part of this new initiative by:

  • Mentoring a student who has similar professional interests.
  • Provide an internship at your place of work or connect us to internship opportunities via your board affiliations or places you volunteer.
  • Let us know of jobs at your place of work, your partner’s or your child’s.
  • Volunteer to serve on a panel related to your field.
  • Let us share your career story/path on our website.
  • Join LinkedIn and list us as your College. Then, request to join the closed Randolph-Macon Woman’s College Alumnae and Randolph College Alumni group.
  • Offer short-term housing to students who are interviewing in your town or participating in an internship.
  • Be a contact to a new graduate who has moved to your town and help them with anything from real estate guidance to where to bank, where to get your haircut, or where to enjoy the best brunch.

This multifaceted initiative honors and advances the remarkable legacy of your College and leads our current students to a lifetime of active engagement. Additionally, it will be a way for us to support all alumnae and alumni who are seeking personal or professional development and growth.

We invite all alumnae and alumni, and all who love Randolph, to join us.
