‘Virginia Living’ magazine names Randolph one of its Top Schools & Universities

Randolph College has been named one of Virginia Living magazine’s Top Schools & Universities.

The 2023 list appears in State of Education 2023, a special bound-in supplement included in the magazine’s April issue. The supplement also includes in-depth coverage of statewide news and trends in schooling, teaching, and extracurriculars.

“When we look at innovation in education nationwide, much of that is originating on campuses across Virginia,” editor Constance Costas said in a press reelase. “We were particularly impressed with the recent trend in exciting entrepreneurship programs that are teaching students lifelong skills.”

The magazine’s editorial staff reviews each institution’s curriculum and accomplishments, selecting schools that have implemented programs or begun capital improvements aimed at strengthening students’ experience in the classroom and in their communities.

Recognized for its in-depth coverage of statewide news and trends in schooling, teaching, and extracurriculars, State of Education also features Virginia’s Top Schools & Universities 2023, with news from more than 150 four-year colleges and universities; private high, K-12, and K-8 schools; public schools; and special needs schools that are leading the way in cutting-edge curriculums, investments in technology, boundary-pushing teaching models, and more.

The issue is on newsstands now and can be found online at https://issuu.com/capefear/docs/2023_04apr_issuu/114
