Five Randolph students were selected to attend the Virginia Foundation for Independent Colleges’ (VFIC) Women’s Leadership Development Summit November 7-9 in Richmond.

The Summit was designed to empower young women. Selected students joined fellow VFIC students from across the Commonwealth for a three-day summit to hear from dynamic and inspirational corporate and civic leaders about the skills needed to assume positions of authority in professional and personal settings. The students worked to explore their own personal pursuits in the areas of leadership, celebrate their current skills, and identify and further strengthen the areas needed to recognize their full potential.
