Randolph College is included in Forbes’ recently released ranking for “Colleges with the Happiest, Most Successful Alumni.” Randolph ranked 72nd out of the 200 institutions on the list.
To compile its rankings, Forbes used its Grateful Graduates Index to measure return on investment. Forbes examined private, not-for-profit colleges with more than 500 students using two variables. One was the median of total private donations per enrolled student over the last seven years, as reported to the Department of Education. The second factor was alumni participation rate, or the percentage of graduates that give back in the form of donations to their colleges each year, regardless of dollar amount.
Randolph also launched a new networking platform earlier this fall called RandolphConnect, which is intended to support networking opportunities for alumnae and alumni as well as internship opportunities for students.
