The Randolph College Athletics Department is seeking dedicated and enthusiastic students to join our Sports Information team for home athletic events. This position offers hands-on experience in sports media and game-day operations, making it an excellent opportunity for students interested in sports communication, broadcasting, media production, or event management.
Responsibilities:
GAME DAY OPERATIONS
Student Sports Information Assistants who only want to do game day operations will be assigned one or more of the following roles on game days

WILDCATS CREATIVE TEAM
Number of positions available: 7
The WildCats Creative Team is a student-led content creation squad under the Sports Information office for Randolph College Athletics. This team will play a key role in building and enhancing the WildCats’ digital presence. Through storytelling, visuals, and in-game coverage, the Creative Team will produce engaging content across our social media platforms.
We’re looking for passionate, creative, and driven students interested in media, sports media, digital storytelling, and behind-the-scenes production. No prior experience is required, some knowledge and interest in sports is helpful, and willingness to learn.
Work Environment:
Pay: $12.41/Hour
Hours: Games typically take place on weeknights/ weekday afternoons or Saturday afternoons. Hours are flexible around your schedule.
Length of Employment: Sept 2025 to May 2026

If Hired: You must complete federal and state withholding documents, Form I-9 (which requires you to show proof of eligibility to work in the US), and bank direct deposit information, as well as all necessary items in our payroll system, Paycom. You will also be required to complete FERPA training (online) and work and confidentiality agreements. You will not be able to begin work or get paid before you complete these items. See the Human Resources Office, located in Main Hall for more information on the required documentation. The HR office is located in Main Hall and is open Monday-Friday from 8:30 to 5:00 pm
