Essential Functions:
- This job varies between basic secretarial work and hands-on technology troubleshooting.
- Assistants are responsible for answering phones and email, maintaining the technology in labs and classrooms, and supporting students, faculty, and staff with a variety of technology needs.
- Assistants may be asked to assist during campus events in the form of video recording or help with media presentation.
- Other duties and projects may be assigned as needed.
Qualifications:
- Good learner.
- Good research skills.
- Good customer service skills.
- Basic knowledge of Mac and/or PC computers.
- Basic knowledge of Microsoft Office suite application.
Pay: $12.00/Hour
Hours: Our hours are 8:00 am – 5:00 pm most days – shifts available during those times. Work 10 hours/week.
Length of Employment: September 2024- May 2025

See the Human Resources Office, located in Main Hall for more information on the required documentation. The HR office is located in Main Hall and is open Monday-Friday from 8:30 to 5:00 pm.
