The recipients of Randolph’s inaugural Inclusive Champions Award were announced Monday night during the College’s annual Martin Luther King, Jr. Celebration: Scott Cooper, Randolph’s director of recruitment; Natalia Hernandez Berrios ’23; Jerry Goodman ’22, ’23 M.A.C.S.L.; and Jennifer Gauthier, a professor of media and culture.
The awards honor honor students, staff, and faculty who demonstrate a commitment to community, promoting a welcoming campus, fostering diverse perspectives and cultural awareness, and strengthening an inclusive campus climate.
“Campus climate is determined by the work each of us puts in to be culturally aware and show a commitment to a culture of care,” Keesha Burke Henderson, Randolph’s chief diversity officer said. “We want to shine a light on those who do this particularly well.”
