The Lynchburg area received in total a foot of snow in some places. The City and our B&G staff are working hard to remove snow. We remind those on campus to exercise caution when moving about campus. Areas may be slick, and black ice may occur in areas when temperatures drop again tonight. Also, please be cautious of falling snow from roofs and trees.
Final exams and students departing for break create unique complications for our community this week. Tomorrow, Tuesday, December 11, self-scheduled exams will proceed as normal for students already on campus or who feel that they safely can make it to campus. Please note the following changes to the exam schedule.
Self-Scheduled Exams: We have added 7:00 pm sessions on Wednesday and Friday and a 9:00 am session on Saturday.

Thank you.
