Randolph’s Sustainability Council will join student organizations from other area colleges to coordinate a Science and Earth Day Gathering in downtown Lynchburg Saturday, April 22.

The Science and Earth Day Gathering, which is a satellite event for the March for Science in Washington, D.C., will take place by the traffic circle at 5th Street and Federal Street in downtown Lynchburg from 3-5 p.m. More information about the event can be found on the Facebook event page.

Randolph’s Sustainability Council also celebrated Earth Day this week by distributing custom T-shirts and buttons to students during lunch Wednesday. The shirts were paid for by Student Government’s “Green Fund.”
