Check-In for New Residential Students
January 14, 2025
Please do not report to campus until your student account balance is below $1,000 and you have been given clearance for move-in by the Business Office.
-
- Upon arrival on campus, park your vehicle along Main Campus Drive in one of the Visitor’s Parking Spaces.
- Do NOT unload your car before checking in.
- Once you leave your vehicle, proceed to the Main Hall lobby at your designated time to begin the check-in process at the Reception and Information Desk.
- At check-in, new first-year students will receive their Paw Pass (student ID), room key, and campus map. Please note that a campus safety officer will be available to show you to your residence hall room upon your request at the Reception and Information Desk.
- Be advised that all students must complete the check-in process before receiving their room key.
- Once you have completed the processes above, you may pick up your key and begin moving into your room.
If your student required actions are not complete upon arrival, you will be required to complete the remaining action items on site prior to receiving your room key. Please avoid delaying your move-in process by completing your student required actions prior to your prescribed check-in date.
