Please do not report to campus until your student account balance is below $1,000 and you have been given clearance for move-in by the Business Office.

• Upon arrival on campus, park your vehicle in the Bell Hall lot located off of North Princeton Circle.
• Do NOT unload your car before checking in.
• Once you leave your vehicle, proceed to the Main Hall lobby at your designated time to begin the check-in process. There will be volunteers to help you find your way.
  • 10 a.m.-11 a.m.: LAST NAME A-I
  • 11 a.m.-12 p.m.: LAST NAME J-R
  • 12 p.m.-1 p.m.: LAST NAME S-Z
• At check-in, new first-year students will receive their Paw Pass (student ID), room key, an information packet, and instructions for moving into their residence hall. Various offices will be available to answer questions.
• Be advised that all students must complete the check-in process before receiving their room key.
  If your student required actions are not complete upon arrival, you will be required to complete the remaining action items on site prior to receiving your room key. Please avoid delaying your move-in process by completing your student required actions prior to your prescribed check-in date.
• Once you have completed the processes above, you may pick up your key and begin moving into your room.
