Monday Meditation in the Maier Gallery Mondays from 5:15 to 6:30 pm (plan to arrive between 5:00 – 5:15 pm) Surrounded by art, the group offers an introduction to mindfulness meditation based on Buddhist teachings. Participants practice sitting meditation, mindful movement, and other methods helpful in bringing awareness to daily life. All are welcome to join, regardless of race, creed, color, belief, gender expression, etc. Free and open to the public (free will offerings are welcome). Wear comfortable, loose clothing. Use the main entrance of the museum. (If the doors are closed, please ring the door bell.) To confirm dates around Museum closings and the holidays, please contact the Maier Museum at 434-947-8136 or museum@randolphcollege.edu.
