The WildCats are always on the prowl for new recruits to our NCAA Division III sports teams. This year, we’re fielding nine men’s squads, including basketball, tennis, lacrosse, soccer, swimming, track and field, volleyball, wrestling, and cross country, and eleven women’s teams: basketball, cross country, lacrosse, soccer, softball, STUNT, swimming, tennis, track and field, volleyball, and wrestling.
We also have a thing for traditions—some extremely old, some extremely silly, all extremely important.
(Note to the Class of 2030: steer clear of the right side of the Main Hall stairs. Just trust us.)
Our hometown of Lynchburg is a picture postcard college town with 16,000 students and enough tasty restaurants, clubs, movie theaters, and late-night hangouts to keep you busy for four years of Friday nights.
