Leadership @ Randolph

The Dean of Students Office encourages students to live an abundant life by seizing a variety of new and exciting opportunities.  Randolph College offers a range of student leadership positions, trainings, and conference options. In addition, each leadership position has a specific training program that incorporates leadership and student development theory, as well as, the Student Leadership Challenge model. We look to produce a positive impact throughout the campus, and teach transferable skills that students can use throughout their lives.
