Teaching is one of my favorite ways to share my passion for mental performance and skill acquisition.
I’m a big believer in self-motivation and active learning, so in my classes you can expect an environment where you’re encouraged to engage critically with the material, try out your own learning strategies, and apply what you learn to real-life situations. My goal is to inspire your motivation, not just to succeed in class, but to carry these skills into whatever you pursue.
My expertise is in sport psychology and motor behavior, driven by my passion for sports performance. I truly believe that a positive mindset and motivation are the keys to excellence. This philosophy shapes my teaching, consulting, research, and even the way I play sports myself. I love seeing people succeed and watching them grow their “mental game.”
In the classroom, I strive to create an interactive and inclusive space where students from all backgrounds feel supported and empowered.
Outside of teaching, I’m a huge sports fan (pretty much all kinds!) and I love being around the water. Surfing is one of my favorite activities, and you’ll often find me at the ocean or a lake whenever I get the chance.
