This Handbook is intended to acquaint employees of Randolph College with the College’s personnel policies, procedures, and benefits.
The College reserves the right to change the policies described herein without notice, and to make exceptions to the policies described where it deems appropriate. This Handbook may not reflect changes in policies made after June 2019, although you may be notified from time to time of amendments to the Handbook or changes in the policies contained in it.
