Randolph rises in U.S. News rankings

LYNCHBURG – Randolph College was once again ranked among the nation’s top liberal arts colleges by one of the nation’s most recognizable college guidebooks. Randolph was ranked 133rd for national liberal arts colleges in the 2015 edition of U.S. News & World Report’s Best Colleges. Randolph’s ranking moved up a spot this year.

The College was also recognized recently by the Fiske Guide to Colleges, The Princeton Review, and Washington Monthly.

The 2015 rankings of the U.S. News & World Report include data from 1,365 accredited four-year schools, comparing them by a set of 16 indicators of excellence including peer assessment, graduation and retention rates, faculty resources, student selectivity, financial resources, and alumni giving, graduation rate performance, and high school counselor ratings.
