Job Title: Softball Manager I
Number of positions available: 1
Essential Functions: Assist the Head Softball Coach and other staff with management tasks including but not limited to: practice set-up & take down, time regulation at practices (stopwatch), equipment management, game day set-up & take down, game day operations, occasional office duties, and other team related functions. Team travel is optional when space is available.
Qualifications: He or she must be punctual, enthusiastic, and have a supportive and positive attitude towards Randolph, Randolph WildCats & Randolph softball. Applicant must be willing to “buy in” to the RCSB team culture as he or she will be recognized as part of the team and a representative of the team as such. He or she must be reliable, trustworthy, and organized and must have clear staff/athlete boundaries. No softball experience is required, but some team or assistant experience is helpful.
Working Environment: Mostly outdoors. May be subject to very cool or very warm temperatures. (No employee or athlete will ever be subjected to a temperature or condition considered harmful in any way. Randolph protocols are followed at all times.) Medium lifting on occasion (<50 lbs.)
Pay: $7.25 per hour
Hours: Varied per week. Most hours occur in spring semester. Coach will work with class schedule.
