Job Title: Membership and Fundraising Assistant
Department: Academy Center of the Arts – Development (Off Campus – Community Service)
Number of positions available: 1
Essential Functions: Donation entry/membership enrollment, acknowledgement preparation, organizing and keeping records, database research, maintaining department supplies, assisting with other administrative tasks.
Qualifications: Required: Proficient to advanced competencies with Microsoft Office applications, ability to use the internet to perform basic research, ability and willingness to learn new computer skills quickly, excellent written and verbal communication, highest level of discretion regarding sensitive personal and financial information, dependability and reliability, positive attitude. Desired: experience with Word Press, experience with databases.
Working Environment: Office – may carry light loads up to 10 lbs.
Pay: $8.00 per hour
Hours: 10-20 hrs a week. Preferably at least 2 hours each day M-F.
