Randolph College has an immediate full-time opening for a Director of Recruitment. This position is responsible for overseeing the entire first-year recruitment process and will supervise a team of six admission counselors. Reporting to the Dean of Admission, the successful candidate will plan a comprehensive recruitment and outreach plan for the first-year team. This will include key input regarding strategy, search, communications, and effective mentorship to staff members. In addition, the successful candidate will also manage their own recruitment territory. A Bachelor’s degree is a requirement for this position and 5+ years of recruitment experience in a college setting is preferred. The ideal candidate will also possess strong communication, interpersonal, and organizational skills along with a proven track record of meeting established enrollment goals and the ability to work as a “team player”.
