Randolph College has an immediate full-time opening for an Assistant Director of Financial Aid. This position is responsible for all aspects of student and parent loan processing, financial aid award processing, verification process, disbursement of financial aid along with other responsibilities within the financial aid office. The successful candidate must possess a Bachelor’s degree and relevant work experience is required; two years or more working in a financial aid office preferred. The individual must have strong communication, interpersonal, organizational and data/analysis skills along with the ability to work independently and take responsibility for meeting goals, as well as the ability to work as a “team player.”
