The Office of Alumnae and Alumni Relations is looking for a creative student who is a self-starter to manage and complete a project for Reunion 2021. The final product would be completed videos for the Reunion classes to share during Reunion weekend June 3-6, 2021 either in-person or virtually.
The student will start by creating a storyboard template for the videos using class yearbook photos and professional College photos available through Photo Shelter. Once the storyboard template has been approved, the student will move to selecting photos and piecing together the slideshow/video. Music should be incorporated into the videos to share the music tastes of the time as well as some traditional College pieces such as the College song. The final montage should be upbeat and reflective.
The student’s goals are to start and complete videos with the classes that are celebrating their 50th and 25th Reunions (4 videos). Once complete, the student can move on to the other classes in Reunion as prioritized.
Alum Office Student Workers need to demonstrate an ability to problem solve and think analytically. They are given the opportunity to think independently and creatively, but also interact closely with staff members. The ideal candidate will have a strong work ethic, attention to detail, time management skills in order to meet edit deadlines, and ability to work from home during this time.
