Job Title: Phonathon Caller
Department: Annual Fund – Phonathon

Essential Functions: Presents the case for charitable contributions to Randolph College through the promotion of the Annual Fund. The Phonathon caller makes phone calls, texts, and video messages alumni to help achieve our Annual Fund goals. Represents the College by educating, encouraging, and updating alumni regarding the importance of giving back to the institution. The Phonathon caller also makes thank you calls and contact info updates.
Qualifications: Active and engaged students with a strong affinity for Randolph College, professional telephone etiquette, have oral and written fluency in English, and be willing to ask for donations over the telephone/text message/video messaging. This job will contain sensitive information, so the student must sign a confidentiality form before working.
Working Environment: Remote. Must live in a quiet environment to make calls and video messages.
Pay: $10.00 per hour.
Times and Hours: Can be flexible. Designated calling hours are on Sun-Wed, 6-8pm EST.
