Randolph College is accepting applications for a full-time Operations Coordinator in the Admissions Office. The employee will be responsible for managing and coordinating all admissions mass printed communications to prospective students including inquiries, applicants and new enrolling, managing and coordinating production of publications and media publications, assisting with budget planning and monitoring, assist with events and event planning, and some front desk coverage The Operations Coordinator will be working extensively in Slate, PowerCampus, Access, Word, Excel, Web applications and editing.
Successful candidate must be flexible, able to handle multiple tasks with little supervision, and willing to learn new skills. Computer/data entry experience is required, and knowledge of Microsoft products is preferred. Slate CRM knowledge is preferred but not required. Individual must be highly organized with a high attention to detail, accurate and deadline oriented.
