Head Track and Field / Cross Country Coach

Randolph College, located in Lynchburg, Virginia, seeks a full-time professional to serve as Head Track and Field / Cross Country Coach programs.  Duties will include managing all operations and staff of each program, and recruiting and retaining talented students for cross country, indoor track and outdoor track programs.

Randolph College is a residential, liberal arts institution committed to excellence and competes in the NCAA Division III and the Old Dominion Athletic Conference (ODAC).

Bachelor’s degree required (Master’s preferred) and coaching experience required, preferably at the collegiate level, and a proven ability to recruit quality student-athletes.  Randolph College offers a competitive salary and benefits package.
