Head Coach – Men’s Volleyball

Randolph College, located in Lynchburg, Virginia, seeks a dynamic full-time professional to serve as Head Coach for its inaugural Men’s Volleyball program.  Duties will include managing all operations and staff, and recruiting and retaining talented student-athletes to begin competition in the 2024-25 academic year.

Randolph College is a residential, liberal arts institution committed to excellence and competes in the NCAA Division III and the Old Dominion Athletic Conference (ODAC).

Bachelor’s degree required (Master’s preferred) and coaching experience required, preferably at the collegiate level, and a proven ability to recruit quality student-athletes.
