Executive Assistant to the Vice President for Academic Affairs and Provost of the College

Randolph College has a full-time opening for an Executive Assistant to provide support
to the Vice President for Academic Affairs and Provost of the College. This position
requires an ambitious, energetic, and well-organized individual. Responsibilities include:
processing and tracking the annual budget, preparing and maintaining correspondence
and reports, assisting with coordination of the faculty hiring process, scheduling
appointments and coordinating yearly events, minute-taking, and other administrative
tasks. The Executive Assistant must be able to handle confidential matters. Requirements
include good oral and written communication skills, strong interpersonal skills, efficiency
with Microsoft Office, and a self-starter mindset. Minimum five years administrative
experience and some college preferred.
