Randolph College is seeking an Assistant Director of the Annual Fund. This position works with the Director in planning and managing a multifaceted program to raise gifts for the College’s Annual Fund. Responsibilities include managing alumni volunteers and student ambassadors, facilitating class agent and reunion giving programs, managing a portfolio, and implementing data-driven fundraising strategies.
The Assistant Director must have excellent writing, editing, public speaking, and analytical skills as well as a demonstrable history of managing multiple priorities, with attention to accuracy, details, and deadlines. A high level of computer fluency is required. Knowledge of Raiser’s Edge database software preferred. The ability to interact successfully with individuals and groups is required. Bachelor’s degree required along with two years of related work experience, preferably in higher education or non-profit setting.
