Randolph College is seeking candidates with excellent oral and written communication skills, interested in working with high school students to join its Admission staff. Responsibilities of the Admission Counselor include: plans, manages and executes recruitment strategies within a designated geographical market; requires extensive travel and extended work hours; conducts interviews and counsels families through the application and enrollment process; and participates in admission decision making and review of admission applications. The successful candidate should be comfortable representing Randolph College in one-on-one settings, as well as in small and large group situations, to a variety of audiences. Committed to the field of higher education, comfortable with computer software applications, and possess a good sense of humor. Bachelor’s degree and valid driver’s license are required.
