Job Title: IT Help Desk – Systems Administrative Assistant

Essential Functions: The IT Systems Administrative Assistant will assist with documentation and routine processes in Campus System. The Assistant should be a responsible student who is attentive to detail. He or she must maintain confidentiality and data security at all times. The student will need to send emails, write documentation, and create correctly formatted lists to be used for scripting of permissions for file access. They must be proficient with Microsoft Office programs. No scripting experience is required. The assistant will need to follow instructions and perform routine tasks on a scheduled basis. Training will be provided. Hours are flexible. The Assistant will need to have basic computer knowledge of Microsoft Windows 10 operating system, file explorer, and be familiar with Excel.
Working Environment: Position typically works in an office environment, but may require standing/walking/sitting for extended periods of time. May occasionally lift 10/15 lbs.
Hours: Hours are flexible. Work online, 8 – 10 hours per week between 9 AM and 9 PM Monday – Thursday.
