Join the Randolph College Team! The College has an immediate opening for an Assistant Athletic Trainer (10-month appointment or 44 weeks). The position is responsible for assisting with the management of athletic training services for the College’s 18-sport intercollegiate athletics program. Randolph is a member of the NCAA Division III and the Old Dominion Athletic Conference (ODAC).
Specific responsibilities include injury prevention, evaluation, treatment; working cooperatively with athletic department staff, team physicians, and College Health Center practitioners; injury tracking and documentation including secondary insurance processing. Night and weekend hours are required.
Qualifications: Bachelor’s degree (master’s degree preferred) in a sports medicine-related field; NATA BOC and First Aid and CPR certifications, Virginia state licensure or eligible, required. Collegiate athletic training experience and CSCS/PES credentials preferred.
