Randolph College seeks an enthusiastic professional for the full-time position of Software Support Analyst. Position provides software support by identifying and resolving user issues for administrative systems, creating custom SQL reports, and managing software updates and patches for supported systems. Must have working knowledge of Microsoft Dynamics Great Plains (Payroll and business office functions), SQL reporting, database management, and server side installations. This is a highly technical position and the successful candidate must be able to learn and become proficient with various administrative processes and software packages. Applicant must also be able to identify business processes that can be better automated through the use of software, document new (and current) system processes, and test and implement new processes. Programming ability and a degree in computer science desirable but comparable work experience considered.
