Randolph College invites applications for the position of Director of Human Resources. The Director reports to the President, sits on Senior Staff, and is responsible for the administration and leadership of a comprehensive human resources program for approximately 350 employees. Specific areas of responsibility include, but are not limited to: benefit administration, payroll, employment including student employment, training development, implementation and administration of personnel policy, compensation, legal compliance and employee relations. Must possess excellent oral and written communication skills and be proficient in a Microsoft Office environment. Position is considered a responsible employee with regards to Title IX and is required to report any information that an act of sexual violence may have occurred. Position also serves as a deputy Title IX Coordinator. Perfect candidate will demonstrate initiative and be a self-starter. Minimum qualifications include a bachelor’s degree and at least 5 years of current experience in a human resource environment. Master’s degree and/or certification in Human Resource Management preferred
