Alumnae and alumni are housed in residence halls during the weekend. Reunion participants will be housed by class year. Housing likely will be provided in Wright, West, and Bell Halls. These halls are air-conditioned and have elevators. There are no private bathrooms in any of the residence halls. If you plan on bringing your spouse, you may not be housed with your class, but rather on a coed hall. Guests staying on campus will be furnished with institutional bed linens, pillow, towels, and soap. Feel free to bring your own bedding, bathroom towels, make-up mirrors, hangers, and perhaps shower shoes. Box fans and additional blankets will be available at the Welcome Center throughout the weekend.
Roommate requests must be mutual to be honored.
Remember to list your roommate preference on the registration form after checking with your friend or classmate to be sure they are attending. All rooms are double occupancy. If you would like a single, you must pay for double occupancy. Couples will be housed together and will be considered double occupancy. Triples are not available. Indicate on your registration if you plan to stay in on-campus housing with your children. On-campus housing is arranged immediately following the registration deadline.
Reunion participants are encouraged to stay on campus as it is less expensive and provides more opportunities to spend time with classmates. However, for those who prefer to stay in a hotel, be sure to request the special Randolph College room rate when making your reservation at the following downtown Lynchburg hotels:

Spouses, traveling companions, and College friends are welcome and encouraged to attend all Reunion activities. If you are close to alumnae or alumni outside of your Reunion class, encourage them to register to attend and create your own cluster of friends. Reunion is open to all classes!
Email firstname.lastname@example.org for information on family friendly activities and pricing for children. Please note that the College does not provide childcare during Reunion.
Activities during Reunion are casual. Resort casual dress and comfortable shoes are appropriate. However, the Class of 1970’s Friday dinner and ALL the Saturday Reunion dinners are dressier. Additionally for your comfort, bring a sweater or wrap for air-conditioned rooms.
If you require assistance or special needs accommodation including mobility or dietary restrictions, please indicate your requirements and needs in detail on your registration form or contact the Office of Alumnae and Alumni Relations at 434.947.8102 or email email@example.com prior to your arrival.
