Meet the Staff

Kay Mattox, kmattox@randolphcollege.edu
Director of Student Financial Services

Kay administers all federal and state aid programs, manages all facets of the financial aid application process for prospective and current students, processes financial aid appeals, and performs public presentations and financial aid workshops.

 Debi Woodall Stevens, dwstevens@randolphcollege.edu
Assistant Director of Student Financial Services

Debi is responsible for the administration of all student and parent loan programs. She calculates student eligibility for financial aid and provides counseling on the many financing options that are available for students and parents. In addition, she counsels students interested in study abroad.

Shirley Spinner, sspinner@randolphcollege.edu
Work Study & Operations Coordinator

Shirley is the primary contact for campus employment. In addition, she answers general questions about financial aid, and schedules appointments for Student Financial Services.
