Non-Traditional Credit for Prime Time Students

Prime Time students have the opportunity to petition for credit for work or volunteer services completed prior to entry. Guidelines for preparing the requisite written proposal are available from the Associate Dean of the College. The student must secure approval of a faculty member who is qualified to evaluate the credit proposal and then submit the proposal to the Associate Dean of the College, who will present it to the Board of Review. This credit is considered elective transfer credit. A maximum of 6 semester hours can be awarded 1) for work or volunteer service completed prior to entry; 2) for Experiential Learning completed during the student's enrollment at the College; or 3) for any combination of the two.
