Regular, full-time employees are eligible to participate in a Group Total Disability Plan as of the first day of January or July coinciding with or next following the completion of one year of service with the College. This insurance is provided at no cost to eligible employees. The plan pays a Monthly Income Benefit and a Monthly Annuity Premium Benefit for retirement plan participants after an employee has been disabled for six months.
