How do I get started?
How do I get started on creating my Randolph ePortfolio?
Every student has space on a server dedicated to the ePortfolio. Your ePortfolio should be started your first year of college! It should be used to collect all of your career, experiential learning, and course related materials in one location so that you can share everything you have done in your four years of college with faculty and employers. Please see the main ePortfolio page and the ePortfolio tips section to learn more.
You must do the following to set up your Randolph ePortfolio:
-
-
Read and print the
IT Web Agreement Form, fill out the requested information, and bring it to the Help Desk (located on the fifth floor of Leggett).
-
-
Review the tutorial section at the bottom of the page
-
-
Enter information on the WordPress login page
-
Wordpress Login =your Randolph College username and your network password
-
Utilize the tutorials on the homepage as you create and develop your own Randolph ePortfolio
-
If you have problems with this process, please contact the
IT Help Desk
-
Upon request: the IT staff will facilitate
group workshops to get you started on your personalized ePortfolio. Just contact
Krista Leighton in the ELC with a list of names of interested participants and we will make it happen for you!
-
You will then need to set up an appointment at the Experiential Learning Center (ELC) for further instruction on creating an effective and usable ePortfolio for faculty and employers.
You are now ready to begin creating your ePortfolio!
