Hi! My name is Adam Shurr and I am thrilled that I have the opportunity to help you as you begin your college search.
Originally from the suburbs of Toronto, Canada, I moved 'down south' to Lynchburg, VA to attend Liberty University where I received a B.S. in Social Science. I joined the team at Randolph College in May of 2012. I am so excited to be working for a school that is committed to academic excellence and giving each student an incredibly personal experience.
When I'm not working to ensure a seamless admissions experience for each prospective student, I enjoy going to professional sporting events, spending time with friends and traveling. I'm a loyal supporter of the Toronto Blue Jays and Maple Leafs. I also love eating really delicious food, drinking a bold cup of coffee, reading a great book and enjoy any excuse to gather around a bonfire.
I absolutely love being a part of the Lynchburg community, and it is the perfect place to spend your college years. Whether you love the outdoors, the arts, or simply frequenting area hangouts where you get to know the staff on a first name basis, you’ll always have something fun to do.
My role at Randolph is to help you discover all that we have to offer and to help make the transition to college as easy as possible. Allow me to walk you through the admission process and act as a resource for you as you make your decision. I look forward to setting up a time for you and your family to visit our campus.
