2.  To apply for graduation, click here.

3.  To change your address, current students should log into IQ Web and proceed to the Account Information/Student Data Form link on the left sidebar menu. Make changes to the right side of the form and click the Submit button. Changes are NOT automatic, so please allow 3-5 days for the changes to take effect.

4.  To order an official transcript, click here.

5.  To order an unofficial transcript, current students should log into IQ Web and proceed to the My IQ Web/Unofficial Transcript link on the left sidebar menu.

Former students must request an official transcript using the link above. Randolph College does not issue unofficial transcripts to former students.

6.  To obtain an enrollment verification, current students should log into IQ Web and proceed to the My IQ Web/Enrollment Verification link on the left sidebar menu, then follow the links to the NSC. If you have any questions or need information other than what the NSC provides, please contact the Registrar's office.

7.  To make changes to your upcoming schedule, pick up an Add/Drop form at the Registrar's Office. Once you have filled it out completely and obtained the signatures of both your advisor and the instructor, submit it to the Registrar's Office for processing.

9.  "I", or Incomplete,  grades must be changed by the instructor using a Change of Grade Form. The student must submit all required work before the end of the 2nd week of classes of the following semester. An "I" grade that is not replaced before the end of the 3rd week of classes automatically becomes an "F".

10.  To change a recorded grade, the instructor must complete a Change of Grade Form with the appropriate signatures. When an approved grade change form is received by the Registrar's Office, the new grade is posted to the student's academic record.

14.  The Family Educational Rights and Privacy Act of 1974, as amended, which protects the privacy of educational records, establishes students' rights to inspect their records, provides guidelines for correcting inaccurate of misleading data, and permits students to file complaints with the Family Educational Rights and Privacy Act Office. Additional and more specific information can be found in the academic catalog.

15.  To change your major/minor you must first drop a previously declared major/minor using the Drop Major/Minor Form. Then declare the new major/minor using the form located here.

16.  If you are a new student who is a veteran (or the dependent of a veteran), you need to contact the Registrar's Office as soon as possible. Certification of eligibility and semester enrollment verifications will be processed by the Registrar's Office.

17.  No grade earned elsewhere will be recorded on the Randolph College transcript nor will the hours of credit and grades be included in computing the academic average, with the exception of grades earned at certain institutions with which Randolph College has affiliations.

Students should note that in evaluating a student's record for graduation honors, grades, and credit from all courses entered on the Randolph College transcript from other institutions are considered.

18.  Students with superior academic acheivement are awarded the academic distinctions of summa cum laude, magna cum laude, and cum laude with the Bachelor's degree as follows:
