The registration fee helps pay for such items as postage, printing, flowers, rental of china and linen, buses, custodial services, snacks, mementos, the fee for yoga, laminating, nametags, folders, liquor licenses, music, faculty meals, etc.
The expenses that come out of the dorm fee include: custodial charges to clean the rooms and bathrooms, renting the sheets and towels, soap, facial tissue, and ice buckets.
The cost of the meals includes the food, beverages, staff, service, and student workers.
There is a late fee (applied after May 1) to encourage attendees to register in a timely fashion so that nametags and Reunion packets may be made, rooms assigned, meal counts given to Food Service and to class "hostesses", seating arrangements made for classes, and china, linen, sheet, and towel rentals arranged.

The College charges the Office of Alumnae and Alumni that amount when a key is lost.
We will be housing Reunion attendees in West and Bell. Both residence halls are air-conditioned.

Yes, there will be porters in Main Hall who will help you. They work for "tips".
The Office of Alumnae and Alumni matches you with the person you requested. If you did not request a roommate, we assign you to room with someone else in your class. Before sending in your registration, please discuss the rooming issue with your preferred roommate, as oftentimes one person lists a different roommate preference or lists an alumna who is not attending the reunion.
Yes, along with the hotel's rate, phone number, and distance from Randolph College. We encourage alumnae to stay in the residence halls with thier classmates.
No, but we will provide transportation to the programmed off-site events.
The pool is closed for Reunion. The campus store and the Maier will be open during the designated times.
Yes, there will be a sign-up sheet at the front desk in the Main Hall Lobby for you to arrange a game.
Yes, we offer yoga Friday and Saturday morning.
There are several public golf courses in the area, and an information sheet for the public courses is available at the front desk in Main Hall Lobby.
You will be given a meal card to present as you enter the dining hall so we can account for each meal that is served. If you arrive on campus and decide that you would like additional meals, please see someone at the registration/information desk in Main Hall to pay for those meals.
Once alumnae register to attend and indicate if they plan to bring their children and the ages of the children, them activities and fees will be determined. We will then call the alumna to see if they are interested in participating.
