Shopping Shuttle
The student shuttle runs while the College is in session. It does not run during summer or winter/spring breaks.
Fall 2011 Shuttle Schedule
The student shuttle will run on Friday evenings and Saturday afternoons from Main Hall porch to several major shopping areas in Lynchburg (for specific stores see the schedule below). There will be no shuttle service during breaks, including both weekends of Spring Break. The shuttle will run these weekends:
- September 2-3
- September 9-10
- September 16-17
- September 23-24
- September 30-October 1
- October 7-8
- October 21-22
- October 28-29
- November 4-5
- November 11-12
- November 18-19
- December 2-3
Spring 2012 Shuttle Schedule

The Pick up and Drop off for each stop is the GLTC bus stop, which is also where the driver will drop you off .
Be sure to be at the GLTC stop for your designated area well in advance of the pick up time!!!!
Special First Friday Run
On the first Friday of every month Riverviews Artspace downtown sponsors First Fridays . On the first Friday of every month the shuttle will make special stops so students can attend First Fridays if they choose to. Drop off for First Fridays is at Monument Terrace on Church Street. Pick up for First Fridays is the corner directly outside Riverviews.

GLTC Bus Service
GLTC (the city bus system) provides bus service throughout the Lynchburg area. You will find GLTC bus schedules and route maps in the Dean of Students Office. Tickets are purchasable from the bus driver.
