Life at Randolph
Orientation

The goal of Orientation is to help you feel comfortable in your new role as a college student and member of the Randolph College community. Each new student is assigned to an Orientation Group, an Orientation Leader (OL) who is a returning student, and your faculty advisor. Students entering in the fall will hear from their faculty advisor and OL over the summer. Students entering in January will hear from their faculty advisor and OL over winter break.

During Orientation Week, new and transfer students will...

  • meet other students, faculty, and staff members who are a part of your life while you are here at RC,

  • meet with your faculty advisor and finalize your course selection for fall semester,

  • learn about the academic programs, policies, and expectations of students, and

  • learn about the various aspects of campus life, including the Honor System, student clubs and organizations, traditions, campus activities, and support services.
